No compliance of order dated December 17, 2019 – The Respondents are in breach of said order and are liable to be proceeded for contempt – Held that- Issued notice of contempt to Respondent No. 2, returnable on the date already fixed i.e. March 16, 2020 – However, in case, the amount due to the Petitioner is refunded along with interest, within next one week, the contempt notice shall stand automatically discharged – In case the amount is not refunded, Respondent No.2 shall remain personally present in Court on the next date.
