No. 11298/2024, held that Appellate Authority must seek clarification if signatory’s authority is in doubt – Observed that, signatory duly authorised as per GST portal – Order-in-appeal set aside and matter remanded for fresh consideration – Appellate Authority directed to give personal hearing with 5 working days’ advance notice and pass a reasoned order addressing all submissions – Any judgments relied upon to be shared in advance – Appeal to be disposed of by Nov 30, 2024 – Writ petition disposed.
